- support Directors and Managers with general administration
- supporting the Company Accountant as directed, credit control, bank and petty cash reconciliation, banking, maintaining our Direct Debit scheme and payment allocations
- to assist with incoming sales calls and email, managing customer enquiries and supporting the sales process including managing customer expectations, maintain and manage business relationships
- maintain and manage the data management system , ensuring completion, accuracy and integrity of the data in line with process, procedure and Data Protection
