Responsibility
- record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and general ledgers
- process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
- assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records
- collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
- proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software
- strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
