we’re partnering with a small but rapidly growing agency that's looking for a Creative Design Lead to join their team
as a versatile creative, your primary focus will be on design-related tasks, including content conceptualization, graphic design, and visual content production
you'll craft innovative design-driven social media strategies for clients, presenting ideas and refining them as needed
help supervise the small creative team, assigning roles, and providing actionable feedback primarily for design-oriented content
create purposeful, visually captivating visual content for social media, with a strong emphasis on graphic design
Requirements
A creative design powerhouse with a knack for envisioning and producing top-tier visual content for diverse social media platforms and clientele
leadership and mentoring experience is preferred, but if you're ready to step into that role, we'd love to hear from you
outstanding communication skills, with experience managing and strategizing with clients on creative
proficiency in Graphic Design, using Adobe Suite and Canva
strong video editing capabilities are a plus
self-driven, capable of managing your schedule effectively and prioritizing design tasks
