Responsibility

• provide support in the absence of the Customer Experience Manager

Responsibility

• communicate in a timely manner, when stock is running low to the SOP team, reporting any low or out of stock items to the Supply Chain Manager, Sales and Production teams
• comply with all supply related identified legalisation and update teams on any potential known new legislation

• engage in development projects when requested, carrying out work required in order to progress them effectively
• carry out relevant testing to assess the performance of Nikwax products on all manner of substrates against competitor products when required
• support marketing and sales with the provision of demonstration materials for trade shows and selling purposes which are tested and of a high quality
