Responsibility
- ideally the candidate will be based within commutable distance of Leeds but a Hybrid remote role will be considered
- package DOE with Director Role and company shares an option
- your expertise and understanding of the construction industry will be instrumental in delivering successful projects while upholding the Company's core values
- contributing to the delivery of the project in a timely, efficient, sustainable, and safe manner whilst achieving commercial targets
- work will be a mixture of Site, Office and remote work
- run all commercial aspects of sub-contract packages from procurement to final account
- prepare contract documentation and negotiate contract terms to limit risk to the company
- our client is a privately owned Developer with it's own construction company are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team
