- manage and oversee all aspects of block operations
- you will bring with you an innovative, forward-thinking approach towards your management of resident communication, processes, and people management
- coordinate with property owners and tenants to address any concerns or issues
- ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- next Chapter Talent are assisting a very well-established property investment company in their search for Senior Block Manager to head up one of their luxury sites based in zone 1
- develop and implement maintenance plans for the block
- supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors
Requirements
- strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- proficient in using computer software for record keeping and reporting
- 4+ years experience within Block management, with AIRPM/MIRPM status
- property Management: 4 years
- customer service: 5 years
