Responsibility
- we're looking to recruit a well-organised, forward-thinking Senior Property Manager , to add to our growing Property Management department
- this role within the Newton Property Management team, presents an opportunity to join our vibrant and dynamic business
- ideally, it would be beneficial if the candidate has previous experience in a Property Manager role

- reporting to an Associate Director , this position has responsibility for managing a complex and technical portfolio of customers; delivering a best-in-class customer service delivery model, whilst adhering to and contributing to the ‘Newton Way’ customer excellence charter
- ensuring customer records are kept accurately and up to date
- liaising with contractors
Requirements
- ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- an interest in property management/maintenance
- excellent communication skills
- responsible for the delivery of the ‘Newton Way’ customer excellence charter
- very strong organisational skills
- previous experience in a property management based role
- A comprehensive working understanding of property management legislative requirements
- building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
