  • we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer School Social Programme Leaders
  • job Title: Summer School Social Programme Leader
  • the successful applicants will be responsible for leading and overseeing the social and recreational activities for students attending our summer language school
  • planning and Organizing: Develop and implement a diverse, inclusive, and engaging social programme for students of various ages, interests, and backgrounds
  • communication: Maintain open lines of communication between students, parents, and staff. Handle any concerns or queries professionally and timely
  • administration: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including attendance records, incident reports, and evaluating the effectiveness of the social programme
  • handle complaints effectively following NIS guidelines and escalate when necessary
  • inform the Managing Director of any welfare issues, keep records and keep the team and other senior managers informed of any significant welfare issues

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient in administrative tasks
  • previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • collaborative team player able to work across different teams to achieve results
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
