Responsibility
- we are seeking an experienced architectural technician, assistant or technologist to join our vibrant team at our studio located just outside Exeter
- A key part of our business is the quality of our detailed technical drawings and we are looking for someone who has the knowledge and experience to hit the ground running on some of our bespoke residential projects
- the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their abilities in this field as a competent producer of technical drawings suitable for building regulations submission and on site construction
- this is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who is both creative and focussed to join our fun team where we work hard but play hard too and don't take ourselves too seriously
- the individual must be able to handle working with multiple clients on multiple jobs at once, whilst still maintaining extremely high standards and delivering great architecture
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of technical drawing experience
- experience with company chosen CAD software
- ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients alike
- ability to manage a busy workload without letting things drop
- organised and motivated
- A good sense of humour and fun
