- ● Schedule/confirm all external calls/meetings and re-arrange where necessary
- ● Book business class travel/5* accommodation for all business trips at the best price possible
- ● Be the CEO’s eyes and ears and feedback regarding any issues within company
- ● Book, prepare, and time-manage our companywide meeting rhythm: annual/quarterly/monthly strategic planning sessions, and weekly tactical meetings with leadership team/key contributors
- ● Book monthly 1-1’s with Leadership Team and direct reports - ensuring all required agenda items/forms are submitted in advance
- ● Protect/make time for family, health, holidays, and anything else the CEO wants to do
