the last few years have seen our business grow significantly in both B2B and B2C markets worldwide due to the international appeal of our products and designs
due to our continued growth we are looking for the right person to join our team to help continue our success in international markets
we are a small dynamic team so fitting in personality and mentality wise is important. We have a ‘can-do’ attitude and everyone in our team has a part to play in our success – from product design through to sales strategy
reporting to the Sales Director the role will be hybrid-based split between working from home, our Coventry head office and visiting international customers where required
your sales activity will be divided between managing a list of present customers and gaining new customers
your primary focus will be to grow NET sales within our current international account portfolio as well as acquire strategically identified new customers globally
this work will cross all classifications of our customer sales sectors, but you will be responsible for identifying and focusing on accounts able to drive a high level of consistent sales
Requirements
mathematical and literacy knowledge should be in line with the calculations and communication required with the role
domestic and International travel will be required so a Passport, full driving license and own vehicle are required
sales
international sales experience with an understanding of global / regional supply chain and compliance is essential
specific knowledge of selling into the food gifting / gifting market is not essential but advantageous
the person must be self-motivated, hardworking, capable of self-management, and able to work closely within a small team
the successful person should have a track record of delivering on high growth targets in both new business and present customer business development in a B2B environment
the person must have experience of dealing with different sizes of business from owner operator to multi-national and be able to confidently deal with all levels of buyer / decision maker within those organisations
