- we're looking for someone pretty special to be Head Chef at our breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe
- we’re ideally looking for someone that has previous experience running busy brunch services and occasionally working solo
- the right candidate will need to be creative and interested in food and food trends including things such as vegetarian and plant-based cooking
- the menus will ideally be reflective of modern cooking and current trends, ensuring that the experience is accessible to all with a high emphasis on flavour and customer experience
- experience with a variety of fresh ingredients and creating healthy and tasty dishes and changing menus is essential - you will be working to create seasonal dishes, fully utilising local ingredients to create fresh food that's focused on flavour
