Responsibility

  • lead the onboarding of new customers
  • be the primary point of contact for our customers if they need help using our products and services
  • actively obtain customer feedback, testimonials and case studies
  • design and implement training programmes that support customers at different stages of their journey, from onboarding to advanced usage
  • create, update, and manage a library of user-friendly training resources, including user guides, video tutorials, step-by-step documentation, and FAQs
  • be a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices to promote effective user adoption and long-term engagement with our products and services

Requirements

  • A passion for food / cooking
  • the ability to foster trust with customers
  • experience with tech products or SaaS products, mobile apps and websites
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong, positive relationships with users
  • organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and a will to get things done
  • strong empathy for customers as well as a passion for revenue and growth
  • ability to manage ambiguity and turn complex information into meaningful messages and recommendations
