- create, update, and manage a library of user-friendly training resources, including user guides, video tutorials, step-by-step documentation, and FAQs
- be a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices to promote effective user adoption and long-term engagement with our products and services
Requirements
- A passion for food / cooking
- the ability to foster trust with customers
- experience with tech products or SaaS products, mobile apps and websites
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong, positive relationships with users
- organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and a will to get things done
- strong empathy for customers as well as a passion for revenue and growth
- ability to manage ambiguity and turn complex information into meaningful messages and recommendations
