- as one of our baristas, your passion for our coffee should equal your passion for working with the public
- as a barista for b.kinda coffee you will be working for a business which is sales driven but puts people first
- we are now developing b.kinda into the world of coffee shops – research has shown that there is room on the high street for more coffee shops and we want to be part of this exciting development
- continually covering split shifts or working until the early hours, are not what we are about
