  • we have an exciting opportunity for two Recruitment Administrators to join our well-established Neo People Management Team on a permanent basis
  • we are a fast-growing national Human Resources, Payroll and Resourcing Company specialising in the Education sector
  • the successful candidate will work specifically with our clients based across the UK
  • the successful candidate will ensure outstanding customer service is maintained across the organisation, liaising regularly with the internal HR Team, and supporting the schools to deliver expert Recruitment advice and guidance
  • the successful candidate will be integral to the recruitment process, acting as the first point of contact between new applicants and our client and will be responsible for providing candidates with an outstanding first impression, paving the way for an excellent candidate experience from the day of their application to their first working day with the Trust

  • ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved

payroll manager

Responsibility

  • managing the delivery of multiple payrolls accurately and on time
  • leading, mentoring, and supporting the Payroll team
  • ensuring compliance with GDPR, HMRC, and pensions regulations
  • driving continuous improvement in processes and systems
  • acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries and escalations
  • building strong relationships with clients and leading service reviews
  • supporting wider business transformation and project delivery
  • collaborate on projects to ensure smooth department operations, allocate project work, and propose continuous improvement suggestions

Requirements

  • proven experience managing a payroll team or function
  • strong knowledge of pensions, auto-enrolment and statutory requirements
  • solid understanding of HRIS platforms and payroll systems
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A CIPP Level 5 qualification
  • bonus points if you've worked in outsourced payroll or have experience in the education sector
