Responsibility

  • we are recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Brighton and Hove
  • we are recruiting for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Redhill, Surrey. You will have experience in a CQC/Ofsted registered home providing support to the client base. Our shifts are from 9am - 11pm with a sleep in
  • you will have experience in Ofsted registered home providing support to the client base. Our shifts run from 9am - 9pm, 9am - 11pm with a sleep in, and 9pm -9am waking night shift
  • accompany the service users out in the community
  • seek to understand their communication needs and adapting your communication to each individual
  • develop positive relationships with colleagues and other key stakeholders
