- you’ll be working with a mic of long standing and new prospecting clients, nurturing existing the existing relationships and growing accounts
- the Digital Account Director will be responsible for ensuring that client expectations are managed efficiently

- someone with luxury expertise is essential as you'd be handling an extremely sophisticated portfolio of clients spanning fine jewellery, beauty and luxury beverage names
- the agency is well established, with extremely high profile clients and works intrinsically with clients from strategy and creative through to global creative production of a wide range of work across Digital, Shoots, Social and Video Production
- the Account Director will work within the Client Services team, working alongside a Senior AD to ensure the clients’ objectives are met during the course of delivering the best possible digital creative and campaigns
- through the line experience is a prerequisite paired with good digital experience handing website projects as well as digital campaigns
- you’ll take ownership of the PNL and have financial oversight of the account, whilst making sure work flow processes are in order and in a good position to deliver the best work for the clients
- someone who is pro active rather than reactive, constantly reviewing client and competitive information, and keeping abreast of industry trends well adverse with managing internal teams and external resources from briefing to budgeting, reporting to stake holders and being accountable for accounts profitability
- working alongside a Business Director, the SAM/ AD you will drive the relationship of a key account where you will be the trusted strategic advisor to the client adding value to their account
- it is also important that you have been involved in pitching for and winning new business as you will lead pitches and be heavily involved in forming new client relationships and onboarding
- the ideal candidate will have had experience working with production teams on shoots and delivering entertaining and engaging mid-to-long form video content, collaborating with creators
- you will work closely with the Senior AD to ensure that clients are well looked after and the best possible solutions and work can be produced for clients so that the agency can retain and grow accounts
- it is also important that you have been involved in pitching and winning new business as you will lead pitches and be heavily involved in forming new client relationships and onboarding
- A huge part of the role will also involve leading the relationship with an existing client with multiple work streams, specifically across shoots and digital
- you will be working on a range of clients within the beauty and tech space and will be responsible for supporting new business pitches/projects
Requirements
- strong track record of working in an account management role in a Production environment
- successful track record of building long standing client relationships
- working with internal and external production partners, managing shoots and video/ content production
