Responsibility

  • process and manage all people administration from new starters to leavers and changes in terms and conditions
  • manage our people HR database
  • support the P&D team in our recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks
  • support the P&D team as a notetaker in capability, disciplinary and grievance meetings as necessary
  • process our long service benefits, on a monthly basis, communicating with our people and updating holiday entitlement in our HR database
  • front line contact for welcoming visitors to the department and dealing with any queries
  • responding to requests for references and providing current employees with confirmation of employment requests
  • updating the company organisational charts and maintaining our internal intranet portals
