- naza Connect Care specialises in supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 to 24 in our semi-independent support homes
- principle duties & responsibilities
- we aim to teach young people in our care skills that will increase their confidence and ability to eventually live independently and build a firm foundation for their lives
- we are currently expanding out team and are seeking committed individuals with a passion for working with young people and empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations in a consultative and caring way
- to follow Policy and Procedure/Employee Handbook without deviation i.e. contact management in timescales outlines regarding sickness
- to manage own time and tasks effectively i.e. complete all required tasks for each shift, including the daily tasks, weekly and monthly tasks and health & safety checks
- manage a caseload of 6 young people and preempt their support needs
