- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- strong sales and marketing skills, with a passion for building a gym community
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- proficient in administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous
