- working closely with the Snr Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
- managing the contracts team effectively to deliver on approximately £10 million plus value of contracts
- experienced in effectively leading teams
- collating weekly output reports to provide accurate forecasts for the business
- effective influencing, negotiating skills
- responsible for Health & Safety and ensuring teams are adequately trained
- estimating to effectively capture all variations
Requirements
- minimum of 2 year’s Contracts Management Experience
- minimum of 5 year’s Contracts Management Experience
- knowledge of Security Fencing Industry Essential
- CSCS/SMSTS Etc
- CSCS/SMSTS, IOSH Etc
- contract management: 2 years
- construction Industry: 5 years
- contract management: 5 years
Contract type
- the ideal candidate will have previous experience working within construction, knowledge of Security Fencing/Gates would be an advantage
