- update the Database on the Active and Standby system with approved changes as identified via the Database and Display Change Management procedure
- build and maintain offline power system model - NGESO maintains an offline version of the GB electricity system in DigSILENT Power Factory. The task will involve keeping it up to date and validating addition/changes etc. to the model
- ideally, you’ll have a valid full UK Driving Licence

- act as main point of contact and co-ordinate between commercial, maintenance, contractors, other disciplines and third parties

- the Data Lifecycle team here are responsible for managing the update of the Electricity Asset Register ensuring that the financial records are correctly attributed to the recorded assets, to enable accurate unit costs to be derived which underpin future cost targeting
- drive improvement in asset performance and reliability through continuous asset health review and compliance monitoring
- and key stakeholders, and be responsible for adherence to terminal safety guidelines

Requirements
- degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems. Other STEM qualifications with relevant experience are also accepted
- membership of an appropriate Institution is desirable
