Responsibility
- ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the business and the practice
- you will oversee the day to day running of the practice and supply additional support where required to meet business needs
- the post may require some travel between the different locations
- national Dental is a group of practices in the heart of Dorset providing quality general and specialist private only dentistry in Dorchester, Beaminster, and Blandford
- A CQC registered practice manager would be desirable
- we are looking for someone dedicated, ideally with a dental nursing background, to join our growing team who will provide leadership to the practice, and management support to the Director
- the Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the work of all clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure high quality service delivery and oversee all operational aspects within the practice to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values
- you will assist the Director in providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of the staff within the practice
Requirements
- proven experience of people management and/or working within a dental practice
- experience of successful operational and business improvement
- experience of working in a business oriented, commercial and customer focused environment
- experience of budget development and management desirable
- experience of cost control desirable
