Responsibility
- perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- process accounts payable and receivable transactions and invoices

- assist in financial reporting and analysis
- be able to perform and deal with any payroll related queries
- maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- support the finance team and director of the practice with day-to-day operations
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- proficiency in accounting software including Payroll manager, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, moneySoft, and VT Transaction
- strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and procedures
- knowledge of smoothly running payroll for SME's
- familiarity with financial services and reporting systems
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
- base accountancy knowledge and experiences working in accountancy practice to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations in UK
