I had an extremely disappointing and traumatic experience working at this company. Despite being a work-from-home role, the unofficial work hours stretched from 1:30 PM to midnight (Mon–Sat) — over 10.5 hours daily, with no overtime pay. My monthly salary was only ₹12,500, and there were no basic benefits like PF, insurance, internet reimbursement, or even a laptop provided.

Salary was regularly delayed by 4–5 days every month. Promises of incentives were always verbal and never honored, and the incentive policies were changed monthly without notice — clearly a tactic to avoid payouts. There were no documented processes or work instructions, allowing them to deny accountability whenever convenient.

The work pressure was extreme, with zero appreciation, even when targets were exceeded. The manager, "Edward Rohit Dean" was especially toxic and unprofessional — often making degrading comparisons between employees and manual laborers, giving mental streess and trauma. If targets weren’t met, we were treated like criminals, denied food breaks, continuous jabbaring in the meeting and constantly threatened with termination without notice.

Lead generation depends largely on customer interest, which involves an element of luck, yet management refused to acknowledge that reality. Constant blaming to employees for not generating leads although the system doesnot allow it as a lead if customer says NO or even employees trying to convince with multiple system statements.

Any attempt to raise concerns was met with threats, including being forced to resign or being blacklisted in the industry.

If you're considering working here — please don’t. Your mental health, time, and dignity are worth far more. You’d be better off doing anything else than working in such an unethical and exploitative environment.
