I would never ever use TMC autos at bryn again they are awful no communication don’t even bother with your car just leave it for days on end and really not interested at all customer service is appalling but quick enough to cash in with extortionate bills stay clear of these two .

It's the worst when there's no communication and they just leave your car sitting. Did you end up finding a better place to take your car? Also, curious, did they give any reason for the long wait and high bills?

Hi George no first time they had it 3 weeks then charged me £800 on couldn’t find the fault. Last Monday it went back again and sat go 3 days nothing done do I went and picked it up . These 2 are terrible and don’t care about anyone only themselves.

No they just left mine and worked on it between other jobs , then hit me with an £800 bill for it sat there 3 weeks . Awful service would never answer the phone if you wanted to know anything you had to call in . Think it’s a case of we’ve got your cash so off you go .

Definitely not they run round like two headless chickens they haven’t a clue between them what’s going on unless they can con you and take your money.
