Responsibility
- assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming between 5.30pm-8pm each evening
- only one carer is needed at any one time
- monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the family
- provide companionship and support - the gentleman is current able to walk with aids but needs assistance and guidance
- medications as prescribed by the doctor are currently taken by himself
- assist with physical therapy exercises
- we are looking to bring in 2 carers so that all nights are covered but this can be divided between carers to suit their availability
- no requirement for transporting the client as this is done by the family, but own transport to and from the premises is an advantage
