Requirements
must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience managing a team
ILM Level 3 Principles in Leadership and Management, or equivalent
health and Safety Certificate
must demonstrate having knowledge and experience of working with SOPs
food Safety Level 2
managing a team: 3 years
must be able to demonstrate an understanding of what good customer service looks like and can deal with customer complaints including resolution
must know and understand the key elements of making a workplace and site safe and legal. As well as having dealt with maintenance responsibilities previously
Responsibility
ensure that the store is ready for trading at the start of every opening/ evening shift
all faults, damages, freezer, site issues reported to the Retail Store Manager
manage stock rotations, replenishment and displays
task the labelling and pricing of products as requested from Store Support
ensure that employees are fully trained in all Standard Operating Procedures and that this is recorded, monitored and updated as and when required
manage poor performance of individual employees, providing feedback on day to day basis and formally taking them through a performance improvement plan or disciplinary
ensure that our company values are promoted on a day to day basis in our stores through employees behaviours
