Responsibility
- closing sales through negation and overcoming objections to meet monthly sales targets whilst ensuring customer care and service is prioritised
- answer incoming calls and pass over to relevant department as needed
- this is an office-based role and is the starting point of our customers car leasing journey

- maintain excellent customer service ensuring customers have a full understanding on the status of their order and any changes
- working closely in partnership with many of the leading car manufacturers we offer those who are eligible, access to specialist discounts on brand new cars
- maintain customer order packs, administrative and compliance systems with up to date information
- our customer base is targeted specifically to the UKs Armed Forces and Emergency Services Personnel, and we are proud to support these customers with the right level of service and offers that they deserve
- we’ve grown rapidly over the past few years and have extended our services to leasing, corporate and finance, with more exciting prospects on the horizon
- following up leads, calling and speaking to customers, advising on car specifications, models and pricing. Managing expectations in terms of dates and delivery and managing finance applications and part exchanges as necessary
- ensuring all follow up processes are followed and recorded appropriately
- due to the growth of our leasing department, we are now looking for our next Leasing Account Manager. With a strong background in the car sales industry, you’ll have an outstanding way with people and prioritise customer care above all else
- communicate feedback from customers internally to management
- ensure compliance in all FCA guidance and accreditation
- following up live leads, you will develop a rapport with customers, advising and guiding them on the ideal vehicle for them to lease, always ensuring compliance at every step of the way
- ensuring EMS is updated regularly with information as required and all paperwork is recorded before order is processed. Check all data accuracy in orders, escalating any issues as needed
- people are at the heart of everything that we do at Motorfinity, so it is important we find the right people to complement our existing team
- liaise with external parties and other departments as needed in a professional and courteous manner, passing on any relevant information as necessary to customers and other teams
