Responsibility
provide full sales and marketing support across the AutoMoney Motor Finance proposition within the vehicle finance market
maintain and update the broker/dealership database to drive new proposals and sales opportunities
adhere to and have a clear understanding of all compliance standards within the market
deliver against all targets as defined by the business, to include no. of partners/proposals, conversion rates, commission and completions
achieve such targets and objectives whilst adhering to all processes, policies and core values
identify niche opportunities for new lending expansion; distribution, product and pricing
facilitate and maintain contact with brokers and dealerships to create sales opportunities and build effective business relationships to enable repeat sales
perform and oversee analytical functions as the business and its partners demand, ensuring our performance and that of our partners is maximised to suit the proposition
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
previous experience within a sales / customer support role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
