Requirements
previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation
excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
proven track record in supervising and managing a team
strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Responsibility
duties include preparation of all South Indian dishes. Organized planner of menu focused on the South Indian taste
cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules, and performing other key duties as assigned
the Chef oversees all day to day kitchen operations and outside caterings
we are looking for someone with good knowledge of all popular South Indian dishes, such as various flavors of ethnic fish curry, varieties of chicken Mutton, Lamb curries and beef dishes too
common South Indian breakfast such as Idli, Dosa, Puttu, Appam, Idiyappam etc, and Sambar, Rasam are part of daily menu, to be prepared with high expertise
you will be working with other kitchen supporting staffs who have experiences in Indian cooking we need someone who is able to work in a team
training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance, monitoring food safety & temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and good order of equipment and work areas
