- develop and implement our Early Years Strategy
- monitor supporting arrangements for children with additional needs at nursery level
- work with management to enhance practice to ensure our nursery is inspection ready and achieve a good/outstanding outcome
- ensure timely starting point, baseline, termly assessments and leavers assessments
- attend regular training, team meetings and professional development
- work as part of a team, sharing information through effective communication
- lead and monitor the effective delivery of all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, OFSTED, Welfare Requirements, Statutory Frameworks and company policy and procedure
- maintaining children’s learning and development through regular observations, next steps, and progress monitoring
