- answering telephone calls promptly and courteously, recording customer details and requirements for Sales Executives and ensuring a prompt response
- provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner
- ensuring all relevant paperwork is processed in accordance with company procedure
- identify Sales leads using market intelligence industry databases
- research to create customer databases to assist with proactive sales
- to operate the company’s accounts package efficiently and accurately, to create, maintain and update customer records, manage pricelists, process orders & generate necessary documents to enable production and dispatch functions to operate effectively and generate reports as required
- to operate the company’s CRM package to record and update customer records, quotations/opportunities, communications, log complaints/positive comments, mail merges and generate reports as required
