Requirements
- structural knowledge of textiles and fabrics
- experience running a commercial Multi-Head Embroidery Machine
- experience in using embroidery software, techniques and materials
- working knowledge of CAD programs
- extensive experience with different hoop sizes and frames for use in designs on clothing
- proficiency in troubleshooting any technical problems that arise during the embroidery process
- excellent colour sense for choosing thread colours for multiple shades/tones
- demonstrated ability to produce high quality garments using best practices in garment finishing
