- provide personalised instruction and modifications to meet individual client needs, ensuring a positive and encouraging class experience
- foster a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages clients to push their boundaries and explore their full potential
- collaborate with the MOHIITO team to organise special events, workshops, and community-building activities
- assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio and equipment, ensuring a safe and inviting space for everyone
- maintain a deep understanding of your modality, staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to keep classes fresh and engaging
Requirements
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and create a supportive community
- A positive, can-do personality that inspires and motivates others
- ability to design and lead classes that accommodate various skill levels and fitness goals
- A commitment to personal fitness and wellness, with a passion for Pilates and its benefits
- flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and evenings, to meet our clients' needs
- certified Reformer Pilates Instructor, Mat Pilates instructor or Level 3 group fitness instructor/PT
