Responsibility
serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times
schedule appointments and manage the workshop's workflow efficiently
provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers for service and repairs
liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and communicate updates to customers
explain additional services and products to customers, maintaining transparency and trust
resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and relevant documentation
stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technology, and manufacturer specifications
Requirements
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
proficiency in using computer software and systems for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
comprehensive ability to speak and read Welsh
at least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in the automotive industry. If you do not have automotive experience, then we will provide training to support you in your role
