- manage the Non IELTS exam team that delivers the full end-to-end process, including exam preparation, exam delivery, results, and customer care
- ensure that Non-IELTS exams comply to agreed exam board, awarding body or partner standards
- ensure that ILETS exams comply to agreed exam board, awarding body or partner standards
- work towards annual targets set for each exam venue
- produce an annual internal audit plan which outlines MTS’s approach to internal auditing of all MTS’s exam venues regarding Non-IELTS exams
- produce an annual internal audit plan which outlines MTS’s approach to internal auditing of all MTS’s exam venues regarding IELTS exams
- manage the IELTS exam team that delivers the full end-to-end process for MTS’s IELTS exams, including exam preparation, exam delivery, results, and customer care
- work effectively with colleagues in HR to schedule and manage Non-IELTS exam team
