- customer Service Team Lead
- monitor individual customer performance to ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered under business requirements
- work closely and collaboratively with other account managers to drive revenue growth with the VIP base
- monitor and analyse the VIP database daily and take appropriate actions to ensure maximum value through their life cycle. Constantly reactivate players by waiting for the right time to get in touch
- build, manage, and retain a detailed customer portfolio by developing relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence. Then provide that personalised VIP service based on the customer’s portfolio
- work alongside Marketing and Event agencies to plan and execute events; entertain and arrange events for customers at various local and global events
- the Account Manager will be responsible for encouraging and developing relationships and serves as a trusted consultant to our most financially invested players in his / her VIP base
