Responsibility

  • assisting customers / clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident or whose vehicle has broken down

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience
  • computer Literate
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • call centre experience and relevant experience in the claims / insurance industry are desirable, not essential as full training is provided
