Responsibility
- accreditations- To renew all accreditations that Millwood Servicing Ltd currently hold, these include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor
- tracker monitoring – obtaining weekly data to monitor weekly speeding/mileages, monthly fuel MPG costs / any ongoing issues or incidents
- NCR – Record & report on all non-conformities to relevant line managers alongside the Contracts team supervisor
- customer Feedback – to ensure that we obtain feedback from clients within client meetings & whilst engineers are on site
- request DSE checks to be completed for all new starters & to be reviewed on an annual basis
- accreditations- To renew all accreditations that Millwood Servicing Ltd currently hold, these include ISO 9001:2015, CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor
- NCR – Record & report on all non-conformities to relevant line managers & ensure corrective & preventative actions are in place
- ensure that customer complaints are logged & completed in a timely manner in line with our ISO 9001policy
