Management attitude towards both staff and service user welfare is terrible. Constantly looking for cover for shifts and met with lengthy messages trying to guilt staff into taking on extra calls because management apparently don't get a break. Leading staff to be unhappy . Distinct lack of knowledge on how to effectively promote a positive relationship between staff and the office as the office team have a very poor attitude when met with staff requiring support. Management rely on their ability to lie themselves out situations they are responsible for which creates bad feelings between staff. Absolutely no idea how to run a business or how to employ professional office staff or management.
