It's a shame the law authorities are letting this shameless Con company to continue robbing innocent hard working and caring people who a trying to support their struggling relatives. They stole my goods which were for charity over 200kgs. They are heartless criminals who need to be punished heavily .
I can't express how deeply upset I am as well. I have lost the personal items bequeathed to me by my late father due to this fraudulent company. I'm wondering if we should unite and take action to stop them. It’s hard to believe that the UK Government or Police wouldn’t step in to bring these people to justice.
Lost all my goods air and sea cargo. I paid full amount for both cargo he asked for extra £100 top up i did to up later asked for another 45 to up clear from another agent who clear the goods on his behalf which he failed to pay him using my initial payment.i wonder how he asked me to to up yet he failed to deliver the sea cargo
From start to finish this company is a complete con.

Then worked long hours for the money to send this parcel. It has all gone. Stolen by this fraudulent company whose administration is from Managing Director in Uk to delivery people in Harare are complete frauds. They take your money then sell your goods. Do not trust this company if you want to preserve your heart, emotions and well being. You will not get anywhere trying to get in contact with them. No calls, messages or emails answered. Left my goods for shipping and paid but nothing has arrived and can't get through to them almost year now for goods which were for 2023 Christmas for ny family .
I’m very sorry that you have also been scammed by this company. I hope you get some sort of compensation. I know it will never pay for what you have gone through. I myself have had a similar experience as you have so can really and truly say I know how you feel. This company shows off but does not treat the customers right. They take the hard earned money from those of us in the diaspora to line their pockets. They are criminals that’s all they are. Unfortunately we cannot really write the words we would like to to express our feelings and views. I hope things get better for our friends and family in our amazing zimbabwe. Most of our people are incredible but there are the few who take great delight in making it almost impossible for the larger part to live properly. All the very best to you.
I am 1 of hundreds who have been scammed by this company who has changed its name from Swiss Global as a cover up.Please read the Swiss Global Reviews about this man (deleted by the administrator).Everyone saying he is a conman.I sent boxes 7 months ago and just getting told a pack of lies.I have lost many sentimental items because of this crook.Nobody should ever use this company and everyone who has been scammed by this disgraceful character must get together and make sure he is jailed for theft.
