- to adhere to, promote and train the Millennium Knightsbridge service culture standards and brand standards
- check the appearance and monitor the conduct of team members to ensure the highest standards are achieved
- ensure the assigned suites are cleaned to the Millennium Knightsbridge Hotel standards by supervising the work of the room attendants and house porters
- ensure all suites are returned to reception as inspected by end of shift or hand over provided to evening housekeeper with adequate explanation of reasons for not returning suites
- ensure all suites are spring cleaned on a frequency as set by the Executive Head Housekeeper and that all periodic duties are performed as set by the Executive Head Housekeeper
Requirements
- enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
- ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends
- ability to Deal with customers in a friendly and informal manner, strive to go beyond customer expectations, shows a real sense of urgency
