- you should also be able to motivate, lead and inspire the staff team
- bright Kids has established itself as a quality provider of children’s day care in the region and we have an exciting opportunity to become part of the Bright Kids management team at our new setting in Lower Quinton, Warwickshire
- the role of Nursery Manager will be to support all staff in their role within the setting, whilst also dealing with administration tasks such as invoicing, budget control and use of the funding portal
- responsible to: Operations Director
Requirements
- be an effective communicator, using appropriate formats and platforms
- be punctual and manage time effectively
- be flexible to meet the needs of the setting and the company as a whole
- conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
- higher qualifications would be an advantage
- be able to take action or make decisions in emergencies
- A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the running of a Nursery must be shown
- be approachable to all staff, parents and other professionals
