Responsibility

  • keep tenants and landlords notified of repairs required and ongoing progress to resolve any works
  • ad hoc admin tasks
  • this role involves coordinating maintenance of the lettings portfolio, managing a maintenance administrator, and working alongside our 4 property managers to deliver an excellent service to our landlords and tenants
  • using our maintenance system to record repairs and monitor progress
  • organising keys for contractors and arranging access
  • keep all database notes clear and up to date to ensure efficient communication
  • conduct property inspections where needed to help diagnose maintenance issues
