Responsibility

• to undertake any other duties deemed relevant to the role and as directed by the Territory Manager
• ensure that all emergency incidents and operational problems are dealt with effectively including the contacting of the appropriate people when necessary
• to ensure sales revenue targets are achieved

• ensure new promotions are implemented in accordance with Retail Management guidance
• purchasing and managing all consumables with adherence to the FIFO standards
• ensure store achieves and maintain all agreed set of KPI- Audit, stock take, cash loss, procedural compliance and wage cost
• work with Operation Managers to implement sales improvement actions identified through performance analysis and MIS
• ensure stock is at optimal levels

Requirements

• A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
• big box retail store management experience, ideally within the grocery market
• possesses excellent management skills in order to organise and deliver a consistently high standard service

• minimum of 1 year proven retail management experience within the FMCG sector
• strong financial acumen
