Responsibility

  • deal with property owners/tenant’s queries verbally and in written form, scheduling maintenance and organise legislative checks on properties
  • liaise with tenants, contractors and suppliers
  • data entry and update of in-house databases and general office administration including rent arrears and rent reconciliation
  • deposit protection / release
  • prepare and issue tenancy agreements / inspection of properties and inventories
  • assist the property manager as and when necessary
  • undertake ad-hoc tasks as required and keep on track, carrying out all tasks as required

Requirements

  • proven experience in a property environment – preferably 2 years minimum experience
  • proficient communication and customer service skills
  • A professional, calm, flexible approach, the ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • holds a full driving licence and own vehicle
  • ideally lives within a 30-minute commute of Lewisham though not essential
