- responsible for the generation and maintenance of Virtual Machines and installation of end user software
- assist in maintaining, administering, and developing the IT Infrastructure in line with business needs

- working on Project based assignments as and when required
- initial contact for software and hardware support issues, logging all issues on the helpdesk ticketing system, providing resolution and escalating where required
