Responsibility
- producing BIM models, production information and detailed designs
- ensuring the relevant statutory and design standards are met for all projects
- monitoring and being aware of your own performance
- undertaking design delivery tasks, as required, to the programme and level of quality, as defined by senior members of the team
Requirements
- interest in progressing a career in BIM
- experience with Revit is an advantage, but not essential
- an interest in building design, structural engineering or architecture
- A general knowledge of how buildings fit together and have an interest in building structures
- in inherent interest in computing / 3D modelling / gaming
- willingness to learn and adapt and a desire to get on
- A relevant AutoCAD qualification, or 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar environment. We may consider enthusiastic candidates without previous experience, who are willing to apply the necessary effort to learn Revit and progress quickly
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
