Responsibility

  • we are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Interior Designer to collaborate with our dynamic team on an exciting project
  • collaborate with senior designers and project teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for high-end residential projects
  • produce detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using relevant software tools
  • source and specify furnishings, finishes, materials, and fixtures that meet quality standards and align with the project's design concept and budget
  • assist in the coordination and management of FF&E procurement and installation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
  • participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating design ideas and solutions effectively
  • contribute to the development of project presentations, renderings, and material boards to convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design creativity and innovation

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential projects
  • proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions
  • excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients
  • detail-oriented approach, with a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and finishes
  • knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
  • interior Design: 4 years
